Eats. Brunch at Louvino

I recently went to brunch with a handful of other local bloggers and friends at the Louisville restaurant, Louvino. The local establishment’s menu boasts plates that are centered around seasonal ingredients, and classic dishes that are reworked in innovative ways.

What was on the brunch menu during our visit?

Stuffed french toast that combined vanilla marscarpone, berry jam and whipped cream, a Bloody Mary composed of some of the spiciest yet delectable ingredients I have ever encountered with the tomato-based drink, and pancake tacos (all pictured above). Other current brunch menu options include lamb and eggs, a crispy potato hash brown topped with savory salmon, and the all-you-can-drink mimosas that are a favorite for anyone who truly appreciates a good brunch.

I mean, a bottomless mimosa is like a gift that just keeps on giving, and Louvino has become that for The Highlands culinary scene as well.
