My Style. The Power of Print

I don’t wear print often, but when I do, it looks a little something like this. Color-blocking has been a go-to of mine for some time now, and even though I am always attempting to expand my style range, I still find myself coming back to it more often than not.

H&M Printed Coat\ Express Blouse \ Zara Skinny Scarf (similar here) \ Urban Outfitters Flare-Cropped Denim \ BCBG Pumps (c/o DSW)

Today, I added a little verve to my ensemble by layering a statement coat with what would otherwise be a minimal and effortless outift. Even if I had simply paired the piece with a tee, flats and denim, the bold olive and black print on it would still have completely elevated the look.

And I don’t know about you, but isn’t that the type of piece you want to have in your closet? One that can take any look from day to night seamlessly, and truly make you be a believer in the power of print again.
